DOUGH: WHEAT flour [antioxidants (E-300), flour treatment agent (E-920) and enzymes], water, lard, antioxidants (E-321 and E-330), EGG, improver [ WHEAT flour, emulsifier E-472e (contains MILK), anti-caking agent (E-170), antioxidant (E-300) and enzymes], lemon (2%), salt, cinnamon, anise. yeast (emulsifier: E-491), raising agents (E-500ii and E-450 i), anti-caking agents (E-170, E-470b) and corn starch. SYRUP: sugar, water and lemon essence. FRYING: refined vegetable oils (sunflower, palm, high-oleic sunflower), antioxidants: (E-306, E-304), antifoaming agent (E-900).
